Mind Wide Open challenge

I finally did it! I have wanted to do the challenge on Gail Schmidt's Mind Wide Open blog since it started. Life just kept getting in the way until now. Go over there and check out her blog http://www.mind-wideopen.blogspot.com/ for information on this fun and creativity boosting blog.

This month our prompt was "Beloved" and we were provided with an image to use in the challenge piece.

Here is mine. There is also a voting process and the winner gets a gift certificate from Gail. The work over there is just outstanding and it's just a pleasure to be able to take part and to see everyone else's terrific work.

I'm so glad more artists are joining in the MWO challenges! It's always fun to see how people interpret the image in different ways. Yours is beautiful! Love the flowers and your color choices.

One of my top favorites. The word beloved in the metal tab holder just looks right with the soft flower. Pretty!
